If you are unsure of the fit of your product, follow the steps below to ensure the product you received matches the measurements provided in the size chart. Product sizes are determined by our suppliers and have an allowed tolerance for error.
What You'll Need
- Your product(s)
- A measuring tape
- A flat surface
- A camera
Download the Size Chart
- Visit the store where you purchased your products.
- Click on the product you purchased.
- Click the link that reads "Size Chart" next to size drop down menu. This will open up the size chart in a new tab.
Measure Your Product & Take Photos
- Lay your product on a flat surface. Smooth out any wrinkles.
- Using a measuring tape, measure the product at the locations described on the size chart. In this example the measurement locations are as follows. Please note, these locations may vary by product.
- Body Length - starting from the highest point of the shoulder, measure straight down to the bottom hem on the front of the product
- Sleeve Length - starting at the center of the neck, measure down the shoulder and sleeve to the hem.
- Chest Width - starting one inch below the arm hole, measure straight across the chest to the side seam.
- Be sure to take photos of each measurement. If you're requesting a replacement, we will need the photos for replacement order approval process.
Compare Measurements with the Size Chart
Once the measurements have been completed, compare your measurements with the measurements listed on the size chart for your purchased size. If the measurements don't match, contact us!

If this is a discrepancy between the measurements taken and the measurements provided in the size chart, please reach out to us at [email protected] and include the photos you took of the garment with the measuring tape. If the measurements fall outside of the allowed tolerance for error, we will review your request for a replacement.
