Yes! We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to place a sample order with a partial refund to evaluate the quality of our different decoration methods.

As an account administrator, you can easily use the "Order Now" feature to place sample orders at cost. If your online store is live, you can also place an order directly through your storefront.

Please note that if you're selling products at a markup (to generate a profit), the sample discount will apply to the order subtotal, excluding any price markups, taxes, and shipping fees. The refund applies to one unit of each product in the order. For example, if your sample order includes 10 of the same t-shirt, the refund will only apply to one of those t-shirts.

Please note that accounts are limited to one sample order.

Once you’ve placed a sample order, please email your order number to your dedicated account manager, who will process the partial refund. Please note that the refund may take a few days to appear in your bank account.
