Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to cancel orders that have entered production. Orders are processed at multiple times throughout the day. Therefore, we highly recommend canceling the order as soon as possible to avoid issues.

Orders that are able to be canceled may be canceled in two ways:

1. Through your order confirmation email. You may cancel an order eligible for cancelation at your convenience through your order confirmation email. Simply click the Track and manage your order here link and then select Cancel and refund your order. Read more about the order cancelation process here.

Please note, if you don't see the Cancel and refund your order link, your order is no longer eligible for cancelation. 

2. Through your account manager. If canceling an eligible order during business hours, 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday, you may contact your account manager with your cancelation request. Cancelation requests received by email after hours will not honored.
