Split shipments are utilized for ordes that are fulfilled by two different production facilities. Your order may be split depending on product selection or decoration method.
If your order is split into two shipments, the shipment details are broken down on both the checkout and order confirmation pages indicating which items are included in each shipment.

Orders that contain items fulfilled from multiple locations may be shipped in separate packages. Each shipment is released as soon as the items in that shipment are completed, so it’s normal for part of your order to arrive before the rest.
When a shipment leaves the facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for that specific package.
