There are various reasons why your order may receive an error code during checkout through the storefront or the order now portal. Read on for common issues and how to solve them.
1. The address was not entered correctly.
When entering an address, be sure there are no extra spaces before or after the city. Our system will read the extra space as a character. This causes a failure in our system to correctly match the city with the zip code, which will generate an error code during checkout.
You may edit an address that has been saved by selecting the "edit address" button beneath the saved address.
2. The address was not applied to the order.
When checking out be sure to click on the blue "use this address" button beneath the address fields to apply that information to your order. If the button has not been clicked, you will be blocked from submitting the order and redirected to the section that needs attention.
- Please note, if you have selected pickup as the shipping method, the button will read "use this name".
Once the "use this address" or "use this name" button has been selected, your information will be saved and the input fields will disappear.
3. The page timed out.
If no activity is detected on the page for a certain amount of time, the page may time out. To fix this problem, please try refreshing the page. If this does not work, please wait a few minutes, refresh, and try again.
4. Browser selection.
Customers using the alternate browsers, like Wave, have experienced order difficulty in the past. If you are continuing to experience ordering difficulties, please try switching browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome.
