Editing Artwork on an Existing Product

Steps to Edit Artwork and Update Your Design:

Access the Product:

  • Go to the store page of your management portal.
  • Click on the "Products" tile.
  • Click on the name of the product you wish to edit.

Edit the Design:

  • On the product’s page, click on the "Tasks" drop-down menu.
  • Select "Edit design."
  • Close the pop-up that prompts you to select a decoration technique.

Adjust the Artwork:

  • You will be directed to the product builder page.
  • On the mockup displayed on the right side of the page, click on the artwork you wish to adjust.
  • On the left side of the page, you can rotate the artwork, adjust the physical dimensions (width or height), change the printing method, and/or change the print location.
Please note that embroidery files cannot be resized. If you need assistance with creating a new file in a different size, please reach out to your dedicated account manager.

Choose Product Colors and Save:

  • Click on the blue "Choose colors" button to select product colors.
  • Click on the blue "Save product" button to save your changes.

Save the New Design:

  • Since this product now has a new design, you’ll be prompted to enter a design name.
  • Click on the blue "Save design" button to save the new design and update the product.
