How It Works:
- Submit Your Graphic: Email your artwork to your dedicated account manager.
- Get a Quote: Your account manager will consult with our design team to determine the scope of your project and provide a quote.
- Approve the Quote: Once you approve the quote, an invoice will be sent. Payment must be received before work begins.
- Receive and Use Your Artwork: After completion, we’ll email the new artwork to you. You can upload it to your management portal for use in your designs.

- Receive a Quote and Submit Payment: After discussing your design needs, we’ll provide a quote based on the project’s scope. Custom design services are billed hourly at $60 per hour. Once you approve the quote, we’ll send an invoice. Payment is required upfront before we begin the design work.
- Design Creation and Revisions: After receiving payment, our team will start working on your project. We’ll reach out with any questions to ensure the design meets your expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request revisions if necessary.
- Finalizing Your Custom Design: Once you approve the final design, we’ll send it to you via email. You can then use this design to create products in your store or for any orders placed through your account.
