Late Fees

If an invoice becomes overdue, a late fee of 10% of the overdue invoice total will be added for each week the balance remains unpaid. A new invoice reflecting the applicable late fee will be issued on the Friday following the original due date and updated weekly until both the original and late fee invoices are fully paid.

Billing Inquiries

If you believe there is an error or have any concerns regarding an invoice, please notify us in writing within 5 days of receipt. Include a detailed explanation so we can review your concern promptly and in good faith.

Termination of Services

Please note that if payment is not received within 45 days from the invoice date, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue any active services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
