How to Get Started with the Essential or Premium Plan

If you're setting up a new account or upgrading from our Starter plan to one of our paid plans (Essential or Premium), here’s a quick overview of the steps to get started with your subscription.

1. Choose Your Plan and Billing Frequency

Please let us know which plan you prefer, as well as whether you would like monthly or annual billing.

Essential Plan:

  • Monthly: $20 per month
  • Annual: $200 per year (a $40 savings!)

Premium Plan:

  • Monthly: $100 per month
  • Annual: $1000 per year (a $200 savings!)

2. Select Your Preferred Start Date

Let us know your preferred start date for the plan. Would you like the plan to take effect immediately, or would you like to start it at a later date?

3. Add a Payment Method

In order to activate your subscription, a payment method is required.

The saved payment method will be charged automatically for:

  • Your subscription fees (monthly or annual)

  • Any gifts or discount codes redeemed in your store(s)

  • Gift/Discount Code Charges: Charges for redeemed gifts or discount codes will be billed automatically at the beginning of the month following their redemption. For example, if a gift or discount code is redeemed in January, the charge will occur at the beginning of February.

4. Discount Code Feature

If you're interested in using the discount code feature, please note that it requires a signed discount code agreement. If you'd like to use this feature, just let us know, and we’ll send over the agreement for you to sign.

5. No Contracts – Cancel Anytime

There are no contracts on our platform, and you can cancel your plan at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

  • Monthly Billing: If you cancel, we will stop your subscription immediately, and you will receive a partial refund for any unused portion of that month.

  • Annual Billing: If you cancel before the 10th month, you will be switched to the monthly rate and will receive a partial refund based on the monthly rate. After the 10th month, no refund will be given, but you can continue using your plan for an additional 2 months.

6. Next Steps

Once you’ve decided on your billing preference, start date, and added your payment method, let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest to set up your plan.
